This position is responsible for supervising and developing a team of Customer Service Representatives. The candidate must possess great communication and multi-tasking skills. Must be organized, reliable and have the ability to assist in leading and managing a team of Customer Service Representatives to produce quality results. Customer Service Experience with proven experience as a call center supervisor or similar supervisory position is preferred.

As an Financial Client Service Representative (emphasis on fixed and fixed index annuities), you would be responsible for delivering support to annuity producers and clients. This job requires in-depth knowledge of annuities.
